Aditi (she/they) is a Trauma-informed MHP who has 4 years of experience with child and adult victims of sexual abuse, violence and relational trauma. She has an eclectic approach and believes that lived experiences of individuals are exponentially more valuable than the research surrounding mental health. She believes in creating a safe environment for her clients by providing absolute non-judgement and also by dissipating conversations with lame-ish humour.
