Farheen Ayesha

Farheen (she/her) is a queer affirmative and anti caste therapist. She is a young and dynamic therapist with 2 years of experience. She is adventurous, straightforward and you’ll find it easy to talk to her! She has an Existential- gestalt- feminist approach to therapy so you can expect a person centred, non- directive and long term form of therapy.
She loves to read and write, is very ambitious and hardworking. She can be funny when she wants but has the ability to understand self deprecating, sexist, racist or rape culture humor and doesn’t find it funny at all. She is in multiple supervision spaces and continues to keep learning to be a better psychotherapist.
