I am a certified Queer Affirmative counseling practitioner. I have been in training since 2017 in psychoanalytic psychotherapy. And I worked in the university public mental health clinic from 2018 to 2020 as part of the training.
After completing my Masters in Psychology (2016) from Ambedkar University, Delhi, I worked with ETASHA, an organization which has been working with young adults from under privileged communities in various parts of Delhi. I worked as a development counselor in helping them in setting up counseling units in government schools of South Delhi and worked with children helping them make sense of their emotional world.
My primary research and therapeutic interests take an inter relational perspective and is directed towards creating a facilitative space for people where their stories can take birth and find a breathing space to initiate the process of healing.
