Jeni Thakkar

Jenny (she/her) has been associated with an organisation providing counselling services over a Psychosocial helpline. She has worked with a diverse population, adolescents, young adults and older adults. She is a certified Queer Affirmative Practitioner. Along with that, She has been trained in various therapeutic approaches. She uses an eclectic approach her my work, majorly comprising of Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based work, humanistic , REBT, and Narrative therapy, depending upon the client’s concerns and experiences.
