Hi, I’m Kayvee (they/them). I’m a queer, non-binary artist, storyteller, and peer support provider. I’m fascinated by the ways people survive, transform, and find belonging, and much of my life has been shaped by art, words, nature, and community.

I look forward to meeting you with curiosity, care, and an openness to whatever story you bring. 

Much of my life has been shaped by learning how to belong while constantly beginning again. My journey started in a small town in Tripura and has taken me across three cities and twelve homes. As a queer, non-binary and neurodivergent person, I’ve navigated migration, urban loneliness, multiple career transitions, evolving relationships with family, and the structural inequalities that can make everyday life feel isolating.

Art, words, and time in nature became the places where I could pause, reflect, and slowly make sense of these experiences. They taught me that healing isn’t about having the right answers—it’s about having enough safety to be honest with ourselves. That understanding is what eventually brought me to peer support. 

Peer support matters to me because there is a unique comfort in being with someone who understands that life’s challenges cannot always be solved, but they don’t have to be carried alone. Shared lived experience can create a sense of safety that makes honesty possible.

I believe community care begins with witnessing one another without judgment or expectation. If someone leaves our conversation feeling a little less alone, a little more understood, and a little more connected to their own voice, I consider that meaningful. 

I aim to create a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or shrink parts of yourself to be accepted. I approach conversations with curiosity, compassion, and respect for your pace, trusting that you are the expert on your own life.

Although our conversations happen over a phone call, my way of holding space is deeply shaped by my creative practice. I often invite reflection through stories, metaphors, and imagination when words alone don’t feel enough. My role isn’t to give answers, but to walk alongside you as you explore your own.
