Neha Anand is the Founder and Director of Bodhi Tree India, a leading consultancy in Lucknow. She is also the President of Meri Pehchaan Society, an organisation that works primarily on the mental wellbeing of women and children, as well as working to creating awareness around mental health issues in society.

Her career has been highlighted by being the first in many roles including her work on promoting and creating awareness for mental wellbeing, behavioural health and her advocacy and community work promoting emotional wellbeing. She is has trained over 5000 police personnel across 75 districts of the of Uttar Pradesh and has provided behavioural training to the Anti-Romeo Squads in the state.

She has conducted awareness sessions for over 2500 young girls and has been a strong pillar for the UP Police Women Power Line 1090 since the day of its conception and has trained the Power Angels (operators) of the line.
