I am a queer affirmative, trauma-informed, eclectic therapist, working primarily with an adult clientele over a wide range of issues. My key modalities are person-centred and narrative. I also use tool and techniques borrowed from other modalities, including Schema Therapy, REBT and CBT. Listening, confidentiality, empathy, equality, humanism, inclusivity and a client-centred approach are integral to my therapeutic practice.
