In the last 7 years of learning psychology as a scholar, I realized that in the pool life people define sanity in their own suitable ways and that my job as counsellor and psychotherapist is to help people learn to de-labelize themselves in order to achieve their full potential and learn all the necessary life skills to strive in life.
