Hello My name is Rio. My pronouns are He/They. I am a queer trans non binary individual. I am based out of Delhi. I pursued MBA as a young queer person and started working by the age of 23.

My fundamental values are rooted in care. I believe that peer support is of utmost importance in the current socio-political climate especially for people from marginalised communities.

As a survivor of domestic and sexual abuse, I try to bring the same kind of care in my practice that I would have expected from my peers. With empathy, kindness, care and understanding of safe spaces, let’s build a non-judgemental space together.

I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder in 2025. With the diagnosis came a realisation to decenter pathologisation from my life and truly build safer spaces for self and others.

As a survivor of violence, I believe that families are chosen with care and built with radical kindness.

With a wide ranging experience of corporate as well as socio-political engagement, I try to understand the nuances and struggles of capitalism and how some days it can feel near impossible to escape it. My attempt is to find a balance in the same. 

I want to create a space of radical kindness where the attempt is not to provide solutions, rather to provide a space of care. A space which is not just built by me but co-curated with the support seeker.
