I am Ritash, a trained peer supporter for gender and sexual minority (LGBTQIA+) persons since 2022 through SafeAccess. I assist gender and sexual minority community members in addressing their emotional distress and but cannot provide medical advice like a psychiatrist or clinical psychologist. I have been working with non-English speaking gender and sexual minority persons for the last 15 years facilitating their capacity building, collectivization and documenting their personal narratives. I speak English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu and am asexual and gender fluid.
