Hello! I identify as a queer intersectional feminist and for over 6 years now I have been designing and facilitating immersive leadership experiences for youth and adolescents keeping inner work at the core. I am also a trained Mindfulness based Embodied Listening Practitioner and host Healing Forest walks in nature. Holding spaces that enable individuals to tap into their source into their inner strength has been my humble attempt through my work. As a fellow queer person, I hope to support you in honouring, expressing and regulating any stress you would experience in your vast emotional landscape.
