Siddhika (she/her/they/them) is a Queer Affirmative, Counselling Practioner based out of Bangalore. She uses, Gestalt teachings to guide her work and finds her ethics and guiding principles rooted in Humanistic School of thought. Her areas of interest are to offer support to manage anxiety, depressive symptoms, body and mind work and mindfulness as a practice.
