Sneha (she/her) holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Montfort College, Bengaluru. Her past experience includes working with adults (online and offline) in the areas of anxiety, grief, interpersonal difficulties, family issues, trauma, psychological distress and other mental health concerns.

She take an eclectic approach, with an inclination towards Narrative therapy, that is tailored to the needs of each client. She follows a collaborative framework and gives great importance to clients’ lived experiences. Understanding intersectional identities & psycho-social systems/factors and their impact on one’s mental health is an important aspect of her therapeutic work. She is Queer-Affirmative.

She loves food, warm cafes, colorful skies and aesthetic stationary. Traveling helps her feel grounded.
