Dr. Sudha Shashwati (she/her) is a feminist, queer affirmative therapist offering a wide range of mental health services for adults of all ages guided by approaches like Existential Psychotherapy and ACT.

As someone who lives for art, therapy is no different for her; crafting metaphors, fashioning personalized narratives of growth, and empowering clients through a multitude of expressive methods is her forte. She has also been involved in teaching and research, working as Assistant Professor in colleges of Delhi University since the last six years.
