Suvrita

Suvrita (they/she) is a mental health professional and sexuality educator. She provides individual, child & adolescent, relationship, couple and family therapy. They take an eclectic approach in therapy i.e. drawing from diverse theories such as narrative therapy, internal family systems, somatic work, dialectical behaviour therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, humanistic approaches etc. Their work is grounded in an understanding of the psychosocial context and its contribution to the difficulties people are experiencing. She also takes strengths based approach focused on bolstering people’s existing coping resources.
