Vandita (she/her) is a counseling psychologist who works on the ideology that symptom relief and working on the root cause of the issue is of foremost importance. Categorization of people on the basis of symptoms or any other criteria is highly forbidden in her practice. She believes in a person centric approach and pays high importance to the context of a person. She amalgamates CBT, client centered approach and some aspects of psychoanalysis in her perspective, depending totally upon the client.
