I am a Professional Psychotherapist based in New Delhi. The treatment approach I primarily use is an eclectic method in psychotherapy. This form of therapy is tailored towards the individual and unique needs of each client, which will help us navigate through the difficulties. I also tend to use a feminist perspective; which looks at the relationship of gender, power and cultural forces in determining a person’s developmental experiences and the problems they are bringing to therapy.
