People reach out on Instagram and WhatsApp groups where QIC offers support like debunking preconceptions, directing them to known resources, and schedule and accompany people to their appointment. The resources they rely on are the clinic at Govt Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Sector 38, the ART centre at Post graduate of Medical Education and Hospital (PGI) Sector 12, and FPAI.
